Perth Birding Tours

Perth and Western Australia

We offer private birdwatching and nature tours around Perth, the Southwest, and further afield throughout Western Australia.

Perth sits within the Southwest Australia Biodiversity Hotspot, one of only 36 such hotspots recognised worldwide, and the birdlife reflects it. Over 300 bird species have been recorded in the region, including more than 200 within the Perth Metropolitan Area. The Southwest region including holds 14 endemic bird species which occur nowhere else, most of which occur within easy reach of Perth. The Southwest is also home to other iconic Western Australian animals, such as Quokkas, Honey Possums, and Numbats. Our tours visit a range of local habitats — Banksia and Wandoo woodlands, wetlands, coastal heath, rivers and hills — to give you the best chance of finding the birds and other wildlife you're after.

Tours depart from the Perth metropolitan area, with pickup available from your accommodation.
